Q:What would it cost us to design a banner?
A:The prices vary depending on the type and size of banner. For further details please click here. If you need source files(PSD) for the banners we will charge extra $ 5 per PSD.

Q: How long will it take before my banners are ready?
A: Normally each order is delivered in under 3 days. However, during peak order volume, it may take up to a week. If your order has been neglected for over 1 week of the order date, please contact us immediately.

Q: How do I order?
A: CLICK HERE to order, or, there is an "order" link at the menu of each page. You must fill in all the required fields for each banner.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: After providing details for the banner, you will be given option to pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. Credit Card details are collected and processed by paypal.com WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

Q: May I ask for modifications to the banner you designed? If so, how many?
A: Yes, of course. You may ask for modifications to the banner proposals we design for you. Normally we get to the "satisfaction" point after one revision, but if necessary we will amend the proposal five times. If you are not satisfied with the banner after five modifications, we will refund your money.


Q: What kind of changes can/can't I request?
A: You cannot request change to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text ad. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be charged. Other than that, you can request any changes, such as color, text positioning, animated frame positions, etc...

Q: Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
A: We can help you with writing the HTML code for you banner as long as you have a place to host your banner. If you need help with HTML, please ask us when reviewing your banner.

Q: What is a static banner? What is an animated banner?
A: Static banner is a simply an image (banner) with no moving elements.. Animated banner have movements, typically cycling through a series of text promoting your service.

Q: Will my banners include animation?
A: All of our banners are animated by default. If you would like your banner to be static (non-animated), then please do not forget to include the request within your details.

Q: I don't have a logo, is this included with my banner?
A: At this time we do not offer a logo design service. If no logos are included, we will use text with effects styled to match your web site.


Q: I'm not sure what I should include on my banner, can you help?
A: We only request that the specific text that you need on your banner be included with your order. You may include any custom images or logos you would like. Our designers normally have no trouble selecting stock images that represent your web site if you are unable to provide your own images. However, for maximum satisfaction, we encourage our customers to try their best to include as much information as possible.


Q: I don't want my banner featured in your portoflio.
A: If your banner is already listed in our portfolio, you can contact us to get it removed, or let us know during our review process that you do not want it in the portfolio.

Q: Do you design adult Banners?
A: Yes, as long as they do not exceed legal or moral bounds. Click here to contact us for more details.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
A: If you're not satisfied with your order after five revisions, we will refund your money. However, refunds are only available within the first 48 hours of final delivery. If you fail to notify us of your dissatisfaction within the first 48 hours of final delivery, you will no longer be able to request a refund. -animated), then please do not forget to include the request within your details.


Q: What are .PSD/Source files?
A: Source files, or .PSD files, are the Adobe Photoshop project files which contain each editable layer allowing you to easily modify them. We create all of our banners using Adobe Photoshop. Having the source files allows you to modify your banners without having to ask us for assistance. Although, if you are having trouble editing your source file, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
